Johnny Villarreal

Johnny Villarreal is a collaborator, visual artist, technologist, designer and educator. His multimedia background along with his mobile stop motion animation studio, The Edge of Imagination Station, have enabled him to connect people of various interests and abilities to pixels and pigments. He has taught classes in painting, drawing, screen printing, sculpture, digital art, animation, and video production to students in K-12 and young adults. Over the last nine years he has led workshops and classes in public and private schools, museums, community centers, festivals, and other crafted learning environments in and around Texas.

  • Graduated with a BFA in Studio Art/Painting from TX State 2008
